Letter received 7/9/08:

Dear Sir,

On June 20, 2008, we had the ductwork in our home cleaned by DuctPro. The following week a message was left on our answering machine by your office, inquiring if the job was done to our satisfaction and asking if we had any questions. I am sorry we were out of town at that time and unable to respond.

We requested a time after 12 noon and Jason came about 12:30 PM, which was very good for us. He started to work immediately and did not "diddle daddle." He was very courteous, very efficient and a hard worker. We were very pleased with Jason and the work he did.

If any of our friends inquire, we will recommend DuctPro.

Letter received 11/4/07:

Mr. Palazzolo,

On November 2nd, your office scheduled our home for duct cleaning. Having never had the experience previously we had only the slightest notion of what to expect. Not unlike most homeowners, we have been solicited by firms purporting to provide complete duct cleaning service at price points substantially below the price quoted by your office. However, coming from a long-held conviction of caveat emptor, the issues raised by our call to your office convinced us that we should move forward with DuctPro.

The purpose of this letter is to let you know how very satisfied we are with the job done by your technician David Marra. What an ambassador he is for your firm! From the moment your truck arrived in our driveway it was obvious what separates DuctPro from the competition. David explained the duct cleaning process and how he would proceed after he made the connections necessary to do the job. And what a job he did! We have never had a service technician in our home whose every move affirmed his commitment to a job done right. How refreshing it is to hear someone say, "It's what my employer expects of me and what the customer deserves."

Suffice to say we are very satisfied with our duct cleaning and opted for furnace cleaning after David showed us it was clearly warranted. We have already recommended your firm to others and one is intending to call your office very soon. Your employees Adam And Chris serviced our home on 8/10/07. I just wanted to say how professional both of them were during the course of their duties in our home. They showed respect to not only us, but to our property as well. Beyond those facts lies something they should be proud of and you should be advised about. Being the front men, both of these gentlemen ARE DuctPro to the clients you obtain through whatever means you employ, and they reflected well on your company. If I didn't know better, I would swear you trained them in public relations to some degree. The alternative is that these men have a natural mentality for customer relations that will continue to serve you well.
